When will my order arrive?

It depends on the selected shipping company and the delivery person. We provide a group of shipping people to a number of major countries. Delivery usually takes one to three days from the order confirmation.

Is there international delivery?

Currently, contracted shipping companies deliver within the group (United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom) and to a number of cities specified on the delivery page. All cities served by the shipping company's representative are displayed.

You can request delivery outside the group from the store team via WhatsApp. They will provide product weight information and pricing information for international shipping agents not currently registered with the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

You must review and read the return policy to understand the terms of return and exchange. In the event of a manufacturing defect and it has been agreed to return it, the shipping cost will be charged to the company, and the customer will be charged the return shipping cost. However, the product value is not charged to the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store provides a delivery service for large quantities in case of ordering, and there is a discount of up to 10-20% on some products. You can contact us directly via the Contact Us page and inquire about quantities and discounts.
