All customers have the right to exchange or return any product purchased from the store.

The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging when submitting the return or exchange request.

⏱ Timeframe:

Return: Within 3 days from the date of receipt.

Exchange: Within 7 days from the date of receipt.

💰 Refund Policy:

A full refund will be issued if the product is significantly different from the description shown on our website.

Free replacement if the product has a manufacturing defect.

If there is no defect or issue with the product, but the customer wishes to return it, 30% of the order value or a minimum of AED 25 (whichever is higher) will be deducted to cover operating costs.
